My daughter Emily has joined me contributing her unique generational insight and energy to our marketing efforts. We are in the midst of executing a new, yet ever evolving, approach to target marketing the sale of properties. We take the trust you place in us seriously. Others work hard to get the listing, then effectively turn it over to the broker and the MLS to market and sell your most valuable asset. That approach is better known as the “List it and Quit it” approach. That simply does not happen here and it rarely works to the advantage of the seller.

- Utilization of aerial video and images when appropriate (always an FAA licensed and insured pilot. That high school kid with a drone just doesn’t cut it. Furthermore that’s against the law)
- Production of Zillow Walk-Thru videos and even higher end video productions where appropriate. These have proven to boost views on Zillow 2 to 10 times over similar properties without videos.
- Creation of custom targeted ad campaigns to run on Zillow, Facebook and Google Ad-Words where appropriate.
- Integration of marketing efforts utilizing technology in the most effective and productive manner
- Staging advice and assistance when needed. This really makes a difference.
